The global tourism industry has faced a number of challenges over the last two years but the signs of recovery are more than evident and fully demonstrated in this unique report.

Despite the September 11th terrorist attacks, the Bali bombing and the situation in Iraq, 2002 saw the World Tourism Organization (WTO) reporting that international global tourist arrivals had exceeded 700 million for the first time.
