Baby Products Association
Baby Products Association is the representative trade association for the nursery, childcare and baby products sector. It aims to promote the industry to the general public and to the trade as being professional and responsible; to provide both technical and business services support to member organisations, and to represent the industry to government departments (in the UK, EC and elsewhere), to local authorities and to other organisations that have an interest in this field.
The BPA to influence the content of British, European and International standards and the drafting of European and International Standards for baby and nursery products through the Association's representation on BSI and CEN Committees.The Association manages and organises the 'Baby and Child International Fair', the premier shop window for the baby products industry.
The BPA actively encourages new product development and innovation and new entrants in our industry we champion design awards and launch pad initiatives at our own Baby and Child International Fair. We believe it is important that our industry has a vibrant and proactive outlook on innovation and are determined that new products continue to come through and when developed with reference to the BPA that they meet all known safety standards.
